Hi, I’m Terri, and Journey On Strong is where I spill the tea on my messy but beautiful journey of healing from codependency and people-pleasing. For years, I tried to make everyone happy—turns out, that’s exhausting and impossible (who knew?). In 2005, life gave me a wake-up call, and I finally started figuring out who I was.
